So what is screen time? It is about spending time to research a trading system before you publish and trade it with real money. Before you start to research the system, you have to know the concept and objective of the strategy and thereafter draft the parameters.

Through screen time, you establish intellectual conviction to move through your drawdowns and execute consistently. The screen time helps in your neurowiring and gets you prepared through simulatory practice before you place the trade for real. Before you get onto the screens, ensure you have your crib sheet with your entry,stop loss and target rules, a trade journal to record the performance and then review the stats.

In summary, establish your screen time on the markets to build your confidence in the trading system to execute it consistently and to Trade like a Master.
