Product Information

One license per computer will be provided with each purchase of a course or software program. Any additional licenses for courses or software require additional purchase(s). Licenses are non-transferable. Support for licenses will be provided for one year from the date of purchase. All customers are encouraged to print all courses and keep copies for future use. In some cases, merchandise displayed on the Site may not be available. The prices display on the Site are provided in GBP format and are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. The particular technical specifications and/or settings of your computer and its display could adversely affect the accuracy of Site content.

Limitation on Liability

In no event shall Master the Markets Ltd or any of its affiliated entities or suppliers be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, even if Master the Markets Ltd has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action, under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or performance of the information, services, products and materials available from the site. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Orders are processed instantly upon full payment, and sent to our Distribution Partner, who helps us to automate our shipping process.
All goods are shipped by our distributuion partner, MediaPlant using RoyalMail 2nd Class Delivery
Deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends]
UK Standard Delivery is Free
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Digital Goods are delivered instantly via email from our CRM (could take 1-2 hours) depending on Server Load.

Returns Policy

If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you and we guarantee a polite response and speedy resolution to all matters such as this. If, upon delivery of any item purchased from this site, you find that the items you ordered do not meet your requirements or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them for something more suitable, provided they are unused and returned to us in original packaging. In such a situation return postage will be at your cost.

If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance, we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as is possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.

Cancellation Policy

1. A 14 Working Day “cool-off” period primarily applies to programs. However this may differ from product to product. Please check your respective T&Cs policy document for the product you purchased from Master the Markets Ltd, Cancellations must be notified in writing via email to clientservice@masterthemarkets.net within the cool off period.
2. You will be required to return any materials that have been given to you, within 7 working days of your cancellation request being received and confirmed to Master the Markets Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX
3. A refund will be processed within 2 working days of your materials being received back to our office.
